Going to do another motivation post thing managed to tick off all the things on my to do list whoop start small then go hard :-) hehe gym tomorrow let's hope I don't die have been a bit slack recently :-(  time to crack on and sort my shit out! Did OK today alpen bar break fast then soup and a roll with two fritt bars and pasta for tea, two snacks under 100 calories. Will post tomorrow :-D Xx
